When we ask questions, there is often a question behind the question. In this sermon, we will look at a question Jesus asked to get the person (Pilate) to address the question behind the question. How Pilate answers reveals how we often answer the question behind the question. It is a warning for us all not to ignore the question behind our questions.
Jesus asked questions. He asked questions for a reason: to get people to think about their responses. Jesus was trying to get people to see things from God's perspective. Asking questions is a part of discipleship and we need to ask these same questions of ourselves.
