Message: “Why Are You Afraid?” from Jim Wright

Jim Wright - March 15, 2020

Why Are You Afraid?

Jesus' disciples found themselves in a scary situation; it was a situation in which anyone would be afraid! Yet, Jesus asked them "Why are you afraid?" This question doesn't make sense from our perspective, but Jesus was trying to get them (and us) to see life from His perspective. Listen and learn about Jesus' perspective and how we should view life.

Scripture References: Mark 4:35-41

From Series: "Questions Jesus Asked"

Jesus asked questions. He asked questions for a reason: to get people to think about their responses. Jesus was trying to get people to see things from God's perspective. Asking questions is a part of discipleship and we need to ask these same questions of ourselves.
