Message: “Why are You Sad?” from Jim Wright

Jim Wright - March 22, 2020

Why are You Sad?

Jesus asked what appeared to be a weird, almost offensive question. From our perspective this question seems calloused, but Jesus challenges us to view life from a whole different perspective. This morning's message--taught in the middle of the COVID-19 scare--will help bring the proper perspective into your life.

Scripture References: Mark 5:21-43

From Series: "Questions Jesus Asked"

Jesus asked questions. He asked questions for a reason: to get people to think about their responses. Jesus was trying to get people to see things from God's perspective. Asking questions is a part of discipleship and we need to ask these same questions of ourselves.
